Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the first date of the reservation (30 days on holidays and special events) in order to avoid a cancellation fee equivalent of one night's stay. Cancellations made in time will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee (This fee applies to each cancelled unit). No refunds will be given for early departures, unless by management consent.

Reservation Policy

Check in starts at 2pm and we're open until 6pm on Sunday through Thursday and 8pm on Friday and Saturday. When occupancy is high we cannot guarantee that accommodations will be ready by 2pm, although we make every effort toward that goal. If you plan to check in after 6pm, please make arrangements with the management for late check in. Check out time is no later than 11am, although late checkouts may be made for a $10/hour fee with prior management approval.

Pet Policy

We do allow pets (dogs, 3 maximum) in our units. There is a pet fee of $10.00 per night per pet. Pets are not to be left unattended in the room at any time. If your pet is a barker and we get complaints about the barking we reserve the right to ask you to leave without refund. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of droppings in a tied plastic bag.

Smoking Policy

No smoking or drugs: Smoking is only allowed on decks or patios and not inside any of our rooms. Any evidence or smell of drugs or smoking in the rooms will constitute a $50.00 charge in addition to any cost to repair damage the smoke has caused.

Stay Policy

No maid service is provided during stays, but is available for a $20 fee with advanced notice. Towels may be exchanged at any time by bringing them to the office. And we have more complimentary items at the office as well.

We only allow the maximum number of people listed in the room. We do not have roll away beds, cots, cribs or any other sleeping arrangements besides what is listed already in the rooms.

Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused to the rooms during their visit.

Wireless internet access on site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
